Dependable

In general, former offenders are as dependable as other employees (United States Probation Office, Eastern District of Wisconsin).

Accountable

Offenders are monitored through records checks, office and field contacts, and drug testing to ensure that they comply with the conditions of our program.

Available

Our clients are ready to start work within a week of their arrival to our program. Most are applying to jobs within 72 hours of their arrival.


Additional Employer Incentives

As an employer, there are additional incentives available to you for working with an offender. These programs help save you time and money, at no cost to you!

Save Money

All of our candidates are eligibe for the Work Opportunity Tax Credit. Your business can apply to earn a $2,400 tax credit contingent on an offer of employment.

Minimize Risk

Each employee is bondable and insurable, at no cost to you, through the Federal Bonding Program, for up to $5,000, renewable every 6 months for 3 years. Our bonding agent will handle all of the paperwork for you.
